a.    Vote to change names on MAAC bank account signature card

b.    Vote to approve reimbursement to Kim Walton of $107.40 ($8.95 / mo. * 12 months) for MAAC’s website hosting

c.     Discuss upcoming changes in financial procedures

4)           Discuss and take action requests for financial support:

a.    Muskogee Community Band Association grant request

b.    BFSA River Rumba sponsorship

5)           Vote to approve slate of new board directors.  Review board list and terms.

6)           Update on OAC Local Government Challenge Grant

7)           Update and take action as necessary on MAAC 2010 Masquerade Arts Gala

8)           Discuss and take action on OAC Statewide Arts Conference, as needed
